The Real Estate Private Equity Fund (REPEF) is a partnership, established to raise equity for a diverse portfolio of ongoing real estate investments administered by Oxa Capital LLC.

As general partner (GP), Oxa Capital, established the fund and manages all aspects of the Investment and portfolio strategy. The GP asks investors, known as limited partners (LPs) to invest equity in the partnership, and it’s open investment opportunities. Such equity funds, along with credit raised from institutional partners, will be invested in real estate development or acquisition opportunities across the region, where Oxa Group and its subsidiaries have established their position and gained deep know-how, in a variety of sectors.
