Fatmir Miftari

Fatmir Miftari is Co-Chief Executive Officer of OXA Group and an economist with experience across banking, strategic finance and executive management. He holds an MBA in General Management from the University of Sheffield and a bachelor’s degree in Management and Informatics. Before joining the Group, he spent a decade in the financial sector, including at ProCredit Bank Kosovo, and completed The Bankers Academy programme in Frankfurt.

At OXA Group, he supports business development, coordination across operating companies and the continuous improvement of standards and procedures. His work also covers budgeting, business analytics, talent development, mentoring and performance management, with a strong focus on building effective teams and scalable operating practices.
