Mauro Abruzzese

Mauro Abruzzese is CEO and Managing Director of OCM International and a specialist in shopping-centre development, management and leasing. He began his career in the family real-estate business before moving into retail property, managing shopping centres in Abruzzo from 1997 and later leading residential development through S.I.A. s.r.l.

His career includes senior management roles with Klépierre BNP Paribas, Cogest Retail and Svicom Sviluppo Commerciale, where he managed prominent Italian retail assets. He also co-founded ADCC, the Association of Shopping Centre Managers in Italy. In 2018, he co-founded OCM International with Naser Hoxha, establishing a specialist platform for office and multi-purpose centre management.
