Naser Hoxha

Naser Hoxha is the Founder and CEO of OXA Group, with more than two decades of experience building and leading businesses across manufacturing, retail, real estate, hospitality and investment. His work combines entrepreneurship, commercial strategy and hands-on operating leadership.

He has founded and developed businesses including Rubin, Rubin Invest, Tefik Çanga, Divani, Tedes Contract, The Village and Rubis Hotels. His experience spans financial analysis and modelling, enterprise systems, manufacturing operations, retail development, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, real estate development and venture financing. He focuses on disciplined execution, capable teams and long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth across the Group.
