THE VILLAGE BRINGS THE BALKANS IN THE LIMELIGHT
The Village will open at Ferizaj, the second largest city of Kosovo, 35 km away from the capital, Pristina. This project involves a 45.000 sq Gla retail complex, that can be defined a mix between a retail park and a Factory Outlet Centre. A lot of Italian and European retailers are taking into serious consideration the idea of accelerating their investments in the Balkans region, by delocalizing their offices, as Mauro Abruzzese did. Abruzzese is CEO of OCM International, a company controlled by the conglomerate Oxa Group.
The whole retail and entertainment destination at Ferizaj covers an 82.000 smq large area. The Gla (45.000 sqm) includes 22 stores, one hypermarket (12.000 sqm), a discount store from the French retailer Groupe Intermarché, and a variety of international retail brands, including well known retail names in Italy, the likes of Intersport, Lavazza Espresso, Piazza Italia, BluKids, and others will come to these new (for modern retail) lands…
